KARE (Kind, Accessible, Reliable, Economical) was organized in Strathmore to help those who do not have access to transportation between Strathmore and the surrounding communities for their Healthcare and other appointments.
Individuals looking for transportation assistant are asked to fill out an application. Once they have applied, they receive a hand book detailing the program and how it works. These individuals then simply have to call the Strathmore FCSS office to book a ride (and it should be noted that rides are booked by this office on a first come first served basis).
