The Lions Splash Park is a family-friendly water attraction free and open to the public. Due to the generous support from the Strathmore Lions, the park operates annually from June 1st to September 1st (weather depending).
This summer attraction is open 11:00am – 8:00pm, seven days a week (unless water restrictions are put into place), and the park can be found at the South West end of Kinsmen Park. A public parking lot is located directly beside the Splash Park.
The Splash park features a large cement splash area with various water features including a spray arch, mounted water guns, and water fountains.
The Spray park also offers changing rooms for families and lots of grass around the spray area. For those looking for shade, a few covered picnic table areas are also provided.
