Strathmore has over 10 congregations and local places of worship. Local Church buildings are often used by the community for events such as recitals, performances, and even pre-school. Strathmore’s religious community is very involved in community volunteer and outreach programs with different denominations holding annual food drives, Christmas concerts and nativity displays, and even running the local overnight shelter.
