The Strathmore Venom Lacrosse is an organization that participates in the Calgary District Lacrosse Association (CDLA). Participating in this association allows Strathmore players to associate with 7 other member clubs through the year.
The Venom team hosts 7 age group teams in multiple divisions. Teams include the following:
- Mini Tyke (ages 4-6)
- Tyke (ages 7-8)
- Novice (ages 9-10)
- Peewee (ages 11-12)
- Bantam (ages 13-14)
- Midget (ages 15-16)
- Junior (ages 17-21)
One of the Venom teams just recently competed in Red Deer Lacrosse Association’s The Tradition Lives tournament where they took home gold.
